Mylce Ready-to-Roll Fondant Icing is a non-stick, pliable icing that may be rolled out by hand using a rolling pin or by a mechanical sheeter. Mylce Fondant produces a smooth elegant finish to any cake. It is the ideal cake covering used to cover wedding cakes, cupcakes, cookies, custom cakes, novelty and special occasion cakes. Ingredients: Sugar, Corn Syrup, Palm Oil, Natural and artificial Flavor, Vegetable Gum, Titanium Dioxide, Maize Starch, Food Colors, Potassium Sorbate, Acetic Acid, Glycerin. Knead desired quantity of MyIce fondant until elastic and roll out to the required thickness using a light dusting of corn starch to prevent sticking.
