Organic spray without propellants. Usage: 1) Blow your nose. 2) Gently insert the spray nozzle into the nose and spray 1-2 times into each nostril. Before doing this, take a deep breath. 3) Tilt your head back and pinch your nostrils a couple of times. 4) Inhale deeply to distribute the solution evenly over the nasal mucosa. 5) After use, wipe the nozzle with warm water and a tissue. 6) Repeat the procedure 4 times a day, the recommended course is 7-10 days.
