C.S. Osborne Lace Cutter. This it is the lace cutter I personally use, really handy and useful. As it is metallic, it does not wear out like the typical black plastic ones. Can be used with our 9mm NT cutters black or red. Looks simple, and is simple, cuts uniform strips (1/8″ to 3/8″ wide) of the suede or grain leather of your own choosing. Calibrated fulcrum and knife come with easily followed instruction sheet. Made in USA.
