LW Sakura Japanese Kinfe

Description The LW Sakura is modeled after a traditional Japanese-Style leather craft knife. It’s great for making long, straight cuts and for skiving thin to heavy leathers and is held vertically when cutting through leather. This one is a right-hand single bevel 30mm blade. Note: Right or Left hand is determined by the Japanese custom, where the bevel is to the left of the cutting edge of the blade for right-handed people, and vice versa for left-handed people (rather than the American standard, which is the opposite). Leather Wranglers standard models are made with strong, warp and moisture resistant Dymond wood handles in different colors and solid brass pins. This one is Black Cherry.. Each knive is handcrafted using Crucible’s MagnaCut premium alloy. They are heat-treated with a triple-temper and cryo to a 60-62 Rc. Leather Wranglers use this high-performance alloy so you get a very durable, corrosion resistant, razor-sharp edge that is easier to maintain with regular stropping.
